Custom Machine has been an ISO 9001 Certified company since 2002. We specialize in precision machining in a variety of materials. From Aluminum and Plastics too hard to machine High Temp Alloys.
Established in 1984 to serve the Machine Tool, Aerospace, Microwave, Electronics, Medical, Defense and Material Handling industries in the Mid Atlantic Region, our shop utilizes the latest technology to supply our customers with precision machined parts in proto-type and production quantities. This is done using state-of-the-art Vertical Machining Centers with 4 & 5 Axis capabilities and turning centers with live tooling and 9 axis capabilities. This equipment is manned by a skilled workforce of highly qualified technicians whose average years of experience is 20. Our quality department includes 2 state-of-the-art CMMs with QxSoft CMM Manager software and one Keyence vision system. All manual gages are calibrated on a regular schedule and are traceable to NIST.
